Here at Fairfield, within our contempory foyer, we have our Brasserie open for shows and events.
We strive to offer our patrons and customers an informal and modern open plan dining area, with comfortable surroundings,
a warm and friendly welcome and an efficient speed of service.
Our staff offer a ‘barista style’ experience which is served pre-show and through the interval to our
patrons.
The range of our menu includes many items such as freshly cooked dishes, for those wanting a hot meal to those
who may chose a Panini or toasted sandwich, freshly made soup or baked potatoes.
Those wishing something slightly different will find a range of other products made here at Fairfield including sandwiches, salads, cakes. We also offer patisserie items including croissants,
Danish pastries and pain au chocolate as well as many other confectionery light bite items.
If it’s a drink that’s required then our experienced staff will professionally make a great cappuccino
or latte from our freshly ground coffee. We have many verities of teas and a large selection of cold drinks available. Patrons
are also able to buy beer and wine from the Brasserie.
