How to Book
 
 
By Internet: Book securely on-line at www.fairfield.co.uk/main.asp   All online bookings for all events incur a booking fee of £2.25 per ticket, irrespective of the 'no-booking fee' logo appearing in the Diary.  Please note that there is also a charge of 60p applied to all transactions where postage is required.
 
In Person: The Box Office counter is open for personal callers from Monday to Saturday 11am - 8pm (6pm when no performances in either venue).  For Sunday performances it is open 1 hour prior to the performance for counter sales only.  No booking fee or transaction charges are applied to cash transactions made in person.
 
By Telephone: Call 020 8688 9291.  The Box Office phone lines are open 11am  - 7pm (6pm when no performance in either venue).  Please have your credit/debit card details ready.  Reservations will be held for 48 hours and cannot be made within 48 hours of the performance.
 
By Post: Include details of the performance you wish to book for, the number of tickets required and the cost including booking fees.
 
Send to: The Box Office, Fairfield, Park Lane, Croydon, CR9 1DG.  Make cheques payable to Fairfield (Croydon) Ltd.  Please do not send cash by post!
 
 
 
PAYMENT
Booking Fees: Most shows involving a purchase made by telephone, on-line, cheque or credit/debit card are subject to a booking fee of £2.25 per ticket, unless otherwise specified or if a 'no booking fee' logo is shown.  If purchased on-line all shows are subject to a £2.25 booking fee per ticket, irrespective of the 'no booking fee' logo being shown in the Diary.
 
By Credit card (MasterCard/Visa): If tickets are not subject to an individual ticket booking fee then a flat transaction fee of £2.25 will apply to all credit card bookings.  If individual ticket booking fees do apply then this transaction charge will be waived.
 
By Debit Card (Switch/Delta/Connect): No transaction charge applies, but individual ticket booking fees will apply where stated.
